This is the member home page for [MM_Member_Data name=’membershipName’][/MM_Member_Data] members.
This is where you will come back every week, or more often if your prefer, to find your current exercise on the left sidebar. You will see your current exercise and the past four weeks. We advise that you print each exercise and write your thoughts and information on each exercise. Then get a binder and place each week’s exercise in it. That way you will be able to go back and review exercises when you need them and believe us, you will!
We are in the process of adding a forum and news like that you will also find on the home page.
You will find your exercise podcast on the page with your weekly exercise. To call into the live call and ask questions about any of the exercises or other questions on success, here is your info:
We are excited to be with you on your journey! We have been where you are and are so glad that we did (though coerced at times…lol) these exercises. Being in college and leaving college we now know that starting these exercises early paid off in so many ways. You will hear more about that too as we progress!
So go get your exercises and do them! You will be thankful you did!
